Ignite Business Consulting LLC (“Ignite”, “we”, “us”) runs igniteconsultllc.com and the California Class Tour. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or sign up for a class, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and country, and anything you write in a form or message.
- Your contact choices: whether you agreed to be contacted, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and what you bought, but never your full card number.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and show you class schedules and packages.
- To register you for classes, process payments and send receipts.
- To send class news, events and offers, only if you agreed to receive them.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
Text messages and calls
If you tick the consent box, Ignite may contact you by phone call and text message, including messages sent with automated technology, at the number you entered. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us to opt out of calls, texts or emails at any time.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Ignite: website hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe) and our email and form delivery services. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a student, client or subscriber, and afterwards only as long as needed for records, taxes or legal reasons. Consent records are kept as proof of your choice.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose;
- ask us to delete or correct your personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share it);
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email info@igniteconsultllc.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 45 days. Anyone in any state may ask us the same.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Keeping it safe
We use secure (HTTPS) connections and trusted providers, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
